Booking your Adventure

Booking procedure, Terms and Conditions: 
 
Please phone us initially to check availability for the particular date/adventure you would like to book. If there is still space available on your preferred adventure, we will immediately Email a booking form to you, which you can return to us by post accompanied by your cheque for £400.00 representing your deposit.
 
Once we receive your completed booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking and receipt of your deposit by email. The balance of your payment will be due no less than 6 weeks before the start date of your Adventure.
 
If the departure date for your adventure is less than 6 weeks at the time of booking then we will require payment in full accompanying your booking form.
 
Upon receipt of the final balance of payment for your adventure we will email you confirmation of receipt of your payment, detailed joining instructions, final itinerary and comprehensive suggested kit/packing lists i.e. camping kit, vehicle spares etc.
 
If you have to cancel your booking your deposit is non returnable.
 
If you have to cancel your booking after you have paid the balance of your Adventure, the amount refunded will be as follows:
 
42 - 30 Days  75% of balance returned.
 
29 - 20 Days  50% of balanced returned
 
19 - 11 Days  25% of balance returned
 
10 days or less 0% of balance returned
 
The above time periods refer to the stated start date for your chosen adventure.
